Crisis Services Canada (CSC) is seeking a Crisis Centre Supervisor to join their Clinical Operations Team.
This position will be responsible for supporting the supervision of remote responders and ensuring they are aligned with Canada Suicide Prevention Service policies and operational procedures.

Crisis Services Canada (CSC) Backup Hub Responder

Crisis Services Canada (CSC) is seeking a part time (minimum 16 hours/week) Crisis Responder.

CSC Responders work remotely, answering overflow interactions on the national toll-free Canada Suicide Prevention Service. Responders offer emotional support and resources, and carry out a suicide risk assessment to determine the level of risk to the service user.

Currently we are only accepting applications from individuals with:

- Prior experience at a crisis or distress centre.

- A reasonable computer proficiency and good home internet connection (responders work remotely from home)

- Flexibility in work hours scheduling (CSPS is a 24/7 service)
