In Nov. 27, 2017, Crisis Services Canada (CSC) launched a national support solution to save lives. The Canadian Suicide Prevention Service (CSPS) is a toll-free voice, text and chat capable platform available to anyone in Canada thinking about or affected by suicide. Running on the Rogers Virtual Contact Centre solution, integrated with a cloud-based clinical management application, the trained responders can provide suicide prevention and support to the people of Canada.
